Concord Management Limited Employees

Below are some of Concord Management Employees who have sold their souls to devil to squeeze out as much money as they can from their tenants especially the senior citizens. Since their salaries are commissioned-based, that is their incentive to tack on as many fees as they can get away with.

1) Fee for parking space: $50 per month.
2) Fee for pets: $400 security deposit and $50 per month.
3) Fee for the washer and dryer: $50; $30 per month if you bring your own.
4) Limited Cable TV: $65 included in your rent; addition channels you call the cable company and pay extra. Direct TV or satellite dishes not allowed in most places
5) AUM Water/Sewer Bill: Always claiming billing errors to get more of your $$$; AUM is own by Comcord Management; ripoff!
6) Storage Space often $30 to $100 per month at most properties.
7) Switching to another unit upon lease renewal: There is a $ignificant fee for downsizing to a smaller unit. Example from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom.

All these fees on top of your rent. This is how Concord Management personnel are ripping-off their tenants, especially the elderly!

Dear Mr. Culp:

It’s hard to believe that a man of your outdoor adventurism doesn’t reply to emails from your senior citizen tenants here at the Uptown Maitland Apartments as well as other senior living complexes. Tell me, what is there to be afraid of that would disrupt your professional business life?

Maybe it has to do with a guilty conscience? But then again, your traveling around North America competing in wake surfing competitions doesn’t seem one bit bothered by the complaints from your elderly tenants.

For me Mr. Culp, the disrespect you and Concord Management has shown to your senior citizen tenants truly defines the type of man you are.

But instead of getting frustrated over the actions of ignoramus, I’ve channeled my dissatisfaction into the creation of this website, namely, www.avoidconcordproperties.com.

The purpose of www.avoidconcordproperties.com is not for vengence, but it is about spreading the truth to current and potential tenants about who YOU and Concord Management Limited truly is.

As a disabled American veteran, I served my country faithfully and with character. I am dismay at the overall disrespect shown to me by your subordinates, particularly at the April 30th meeting when I was notified that my lease would not be renewed. When I asked the reason for the non-renewal, Ms. Debbie Gentry kindly told me that Concord Management did not have to give a reason. But through her speech and body language, Ms. Gentry conveyed that the decision not to renew my lease came directly from YOU.

So my question to you Mr. Culp, why would you not provide a reason for non-renewal to this black disabled American veteran who willingly put his life on the line for his country - so that you could enjoy your freedoms?

My gut instinct tells me that one of the reasons includes race. It would be much too easy to call you a racist. But I am not using the race-card here although I feel that I am justified. I am not a member of the "Rev." Al Sharpton's Race-Card-Carrying Club nor do I subscribe to their views on social issues!

No Mr. Culp, one of the main reasons for non-renewal of my lease had to do with the complaints about the ingress/egress to the 2nd floor level parking garage and the storage unit. As a disabled veteran your closure of access to the 2nd floor created a nightmare for numerous tenants as you personally learned at the September 4, 2014 Development Review Committee meeting held at Maitland City Hall.

So to silence your most vocal critic, as least in writing, you and Concord Management used non-renewal of my lease as a means of retaliation. This discrimination against the disabled is not only illegal and morally wrong, but it is egregious behavior on the part of Atlantic Housing Partners who have received tens of millions of dollars in tax incentives from the Federal and State government.

Mr. Culp, I challenge YOU to prove this proud disabled American veteran and former military policeman wrong!

And not to address this complaint will be taken as your tacit support of this unprofessional behavior.

Dear CWSA, Sponsors, and Event Organizers:

I understand that I might just be communicating directly with the individual that I am complaining about. But with that said, let me first commend CWSA for promoting high standards of conduct within the sport of wake surfing and adopting a code of ethics.

I was impress with your Wake Surfing Competition Summary Guidelines in the area of:

Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Any rider (or his representative) or official whose conduct is deemed unsportsmanlike either on or off the competition site, before, during, or after the competition, may be disqualified from all or part of the competition subject to the discretion of the Event Organizer and Judges. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes, but is not limited to: use of vulgar language in public, public tantrums, failure to attend designated mandatory functions or events, consuming alcoholic beverages during the competition, competing under false pretenses, concealing significant injuries or health problems.

It is within those guideline that I pen this complaint about master wake surfer and CWSA board member Scott Culp. As you are aware, Mr. Culp is a partner at Atlantic Housing Partners LLP, a partnership that owns the Uptown Maitland Apartment Senior-Living complex among their many assets. Much of their wealth has been aided by federal and state tax incentives.

It is my assertion that Mr. Culp has been guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct, off the competition site, in how he and Concord Management Limited has treated the senior citizens residents here at the Uptown Maitland Apartments.

I would humbly ask that you peruse this website and search out the complaints that have been filed with the Better Business Bureau. This is about the truth in how Mr. Culp has little to no regard for the elderly tenants than he has for an $800 bamboo wakesurf board.

But Mr. Culp has taken his contempt of complaining senior tenants to another level.

As a disabled veteran and former military policeman, I was recently informed by Concord Management, likely at the demand of Scott Culp, that my lease would not be renewed. I asked why and was told that Concord Management didn’t have to give me a reason for non-renewal.

But my gut instinct conveyed to me that the main reason for nonrenewal had to do with the complaints about the ingress/egress to the 2nd floor level parking garage and the storage unit. As a disabled veteran closure of access to the 2nd floor created a nightmare for numerous tenants as brought out at the September 4, 2014 Development Review Committee meeting held at Maitland City Hall.

So to silence the most vocal critic, as least in writing, Mr. Culp and Concord Management used non-renewal of my lease as a means of retaliation. This discrimination against the disabled in housing is not only illegal and morally wrong, but it is egregious behavior on the part of Atlantic Housing Partners who have received tens of millions of dollars in tax incentives from the Federal and State government.

  • I allege that Scott Culp and Concord Management Limited has discriminated against Ezell Harris, a disabled veteran in housing.

  • I allege that Scott Culp and Concord Management Limited has engaged in the practice of “Bait & Switch” with the senior residents at the Uptown Maitland Apartments.

  • I allege that Scott Culp and Concord Management Limited has shown little regard for seniors with disabilities.

So it is with this published letter that I inform CWSA, Sponsors, and Event Organizers, of the off-the-field unsportsmanlike conduct of Scott Culp.

I respectfully ask that you investigate my allegations and remove Scott Culp off the CWSA Board of Directors or in any position as a judge.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Sincerely,

Ezell Harris, Director

Floridians Monitoring Law Enforcement (FMLE)

Disabled American Veteran

P.S. I respectfully ask that all sponsors and event organizers investigate this matter and not associate themselves with any individual or organization that discriminates against the elderly, disabled, or our nation’s veterans.
